About the Role We are looking for a Specialist, Retail Operations – Sales Floor Excellence to help develop and implement global operational standards, tools, and programs that improve Sales Floor execution, store productivity, and the customer experience. You will take ownership of defined operational workstreams, managing them from planning through implementation within agreed scope and timelines. Working with global functions, clusters, markets, and countries, you will translate business priorities and real store needs into practical, scalable solutions that can be successfully adopted across our retail network. This role offers a high degree of autonomy within assigned areas. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage day-to-day risks and dependencies, and make operational recommendations, while escalating strategic decisions, significant risks, and material scope changes when required.
