At Demant, we are looking for a Senior SAFe System Architect to join our “Device Hardware”-organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of hearing aid technology and accessories for hearing aids. In Demant we develop our products through the Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe, where development is carried out in smaller organizational entities called Agile Release Trains – or ARTs. As SAFe System Architect you will be part of the ART leadership team, guiding the development activities of around 70 engineers. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep architectural foundation and electro-acoustic know-how with tactical influence and organizational leadership.
