Employment type: FULLTIME. Join Personal Customers Compliance, where you will provide independent compliance advice and oversight across Personal Customers and Private Banking in the Nordics. You will help translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, supporting the business safely achieving its strategic objectives while continuously protecting customers and society. What you will be doing In close collaboration with the business units, other senior stakeholders, and your colleagues across the Nordics, your work spans advisory activities, risk assessments, monitorings, governance processes and reporting, including: Maintaining and sharing a thorough understanding of policies, processes and procedures to:drive compliance risk management across products and customer journeys, ensure an effective impact assessment of regulatory issues, and contribute to regulatory change implementation and governance discussions. Leading activities related to the monitoring, testing and reporting of the business’ compliance with applicable legislation, regulation, internal rules and standards. Collaborating with and advising business and management on compliance issues. Supporting MiFID II and investment services regulation matters.
