Working closely with the Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will ensure products are built according to specifications, quality standards, and documented procedures. Responsibilities Assemble products according to work instructions and production plans. Perform mechanical and electronic assembly with precision and attention to quality. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements before control inspection. Perform modifications, rework, component replacement, and precision soldering under a microscope when required. Complete production records and traceability documentation accurately. Follow approved procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Report defects, quality issues, and process deviations promptly. Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback.
