Your new role In this role, you will join an experienced team of professionals working on global talent attraction and engagement initiatives. You will own and evolve the onboarding and engagement experience at Novo Nordisk, ensuring every new hire feels connected to our mission, culture and colleagues from day one. You will also lead key projects within the scope of our area and the broader Talent Acquisition to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
