UK or Denmark We’re looking for a Senior Regional Compensation Partner to lead and scale our compensation programs across the UK, Denmark, wider Europe, and Asia. You’ll be the go-to advisor for market benchmarking, job architecture, annual pay cycles, and regional compensation analytics—ensuring our pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned to business goals.
You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions that attract and retain top talent.
