The job

Group IT (GRIT) is Systematic's internal IT function. It supports all business units with infrastructure, systems, integrations, and governance. As Portfolio & Capacity Manager, you will keep our IT portfolio governed, visible, and deliverable, and give the organisation a clear picture of whether commitments match available capacity. This role sits close to the top of the organisation.

The portfolio and capacity overview you maintain is used directly by our CIO and senior leadership to decide what Systematic takes on next, and what is delayed. The accuracy of your work has a direct bearing on the quality of those decisions. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
