The research project Advancing Bildung in School: Science and Technology in SHAPE (ABIS) invites applications for a two-year postdoctoral position based in the Department of Philosophy and History of Ideas at Aarhus University. ABIS is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and is a collaboration between four partner institutions, with the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) serving as the lead institution. ABIS is an empirically grounded research project that explores how humanities and social science subjects in schools (SHAPE subjects) can develop ways of knowing about science and technology that contribute to Bildung [dannelse].
