Are you passionate about driving execution excellence across distributor field sales teams? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with distributors and leading impactful sales initiatives across multiple categories and markets? If so, then you might be our new International Field Sales Manager located in our Copenhagen office. As International Field Sales Manager, you will strengthen the quality and consistency of our in-store execution across international distributor markets. Working closely with our distributor partners, you will turn commercial priorities into practical field sales initiatives that improve availability, visibility, activation and sales performance across Arla brands and strategic growth categories, including Milk-Based Beverages and Starbucks RTD. How you will make an impactYou will work closely with distributor sales teams to embed Arla’s execution standards and translate commercial priorities into measurable in-market improvements.
