Then you might be the Assortment Analyst we're looking for to help grow Flying Tiger Copenhagen across the IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) region. About the Role Based at our HQ office in Central Copenhagen (Christianshavn), you will play a key role in optimizing the product assortment for our growing IMEA region. Working closely with Commercial, Retail teams and franchise partners, you will use data and market insights to ensure our assortment reflects local customer needs while staying true to the Flying Tiger Copenhagen concept. Your analysis and recommendations will directly support commercial performance, new store openings, and profitable growth across the region. What you will do: Drive assortment performance Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve assortment relevance, sales, and profitability.
