About our team Finance Transformation is part of Deloitte’s consulting practice and consists of 350 dedicated consultants who work within all aspects of the CFO area and engage with clients to advise, transform, optimize, and operate the finance function. We have private and public as well as national and international clients across different industries and of different sizes, and we work with the lion’s share of C25 companies and public institutions. Global Business Services (GBS) is an integral part of Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. The GBS team is dedicated to helping organizations transform their business operations, driving higher efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. By leveraging a comprehensive suite of services, the GBS practice supports clients in optimizing shared services, outsourcing, and global business service models to create value and enhance performance.
