In this unique GMP Professional role, approximately half of your time will be dedicated to training responsibilities across two warehouse support departments, while the remaining part focuses on GMP support, compliance, and operational problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring both training compliance and uninterrupted material flow to production, working close to operators, managers, and stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. Your new role As a GMP Professional, you will join a team that serves as the link between warehouse operations, quality, compliance, and training. Some days, you will be supporting shop floor activities and solving operational challenges to keep materials moving through the supply chain. Other days, you will act as the training responsible across two departments, supporting leaders and employees with onboarding, training plans, compliance follow-up, and competence development.
