You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, partnering closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, enable transformation, and drive sustainable performance. You will lead the People Agenda for your dedicated business area, providing expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and complex employee relations matters. You will work closely with a small, experienced HRBP team and collaborate with local and global stakeholders in a matrix environment. Your focus will be on creating strategic business impact, while operational HR administration tasks are increasingly supported through our Shared Services functions.
