Your role in our team As our new Production Manager, you will take ownership of one-two skilled and committed teams of specialized Coordinators and Shop Floor Engineers, working across three different shifts as well as weekend shifts, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will play a key role in fostering a culture built on cooperation, responsibility, and continuous improvement, where professionalism, respect, and humor coexist to create a motivating and inclusive work environment.
