Your role in our team We have established a new Manufacturing Engineering organization, and we are now looking for a Manager to lead Production Engineering — one of three functions in the new organization. This is a role for someone who wants to build something, not just run it. As our new Manager of Production Engineering, you will lead a team of 12–15 engineers responsible for the technical integrity, performance and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You and your team will apply Lean principles to improve yield and cycle time, eliminate waste and create robust and efficient manufacturing processes.
