Employment type: FULLTIME. Are you an HR professional who enjoys working close to the business, building trusted relationships with managers and making things work in practice? We are looking for a hands-on HRBP to take broad ownership of HR activities in Denmark while working closely with our Group HR team. About The Role This is a broad and visible role where you will combine day-to-day HR support with the opportunity to improve how we work. You will help translate Group priorities into effective local practices, ensure compliance with Danish employment legislation, and support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You will have significant ownership of the Danish HR agenda, with support from Group HR and Country Manager. Partnering & Advisory Act as a trusted HR advisor to local management, providing practical HR guidance and support. Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders, connecting local business needs with Group and regional HR priorities. Support and coordinate key HR processes, including performance and salary reviews, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
