Do you combine solid HR domain understanding with systems thinking, transformation experience, and a hands-on approach to delivery? In the role as Manager, People Process, AI & Automation you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will connect People & Culture (P&C) priorities, processes, data and technology opportunities to enable practical, scalable AI and automation solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will help shape our P&C AI vision and roadmap, build business cases where investments are needed, and drive selected initiatives from idea to implementation and adoption. Your work will not be limited to exploring new AI opportunities. To create meaningful and sustainable value, you will also help strengthen the foundations that make AI and automation possible: clear and harmonized People processes, accessible and high-quality data, well-managed knowledge, and appropriate governance.
