Operational Cost Manager Description - The Cost Performance Manager is part of the EMEA Personal Systems (PS) organization within EMEA Service Supply Chain and plays a key role in ensuring efficient execution of operational cost management activities across the region. Working closely with Operations, Finance, SCOAH, Procurement, Planning, and external partners, this role acts as the operational focal point for cost-related processes, ensuring consistency, visibility, and timely execution. Role Summary The Cost Performance Manager is responsible for coordinating and governing day-to-day operational cost activities across the EMEA Personal Systems Service Supply Chain. The role focuses on driving execution excellence by bridging multiple organizations, ensuring financial processes are executed accurately, and improving cost visibility and operational predictability. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
