As Senior Manager for Device and Packaging, you will lead a team of skilled subject matter experts and play a central role in shaping how we develop, qualify, launch, and manage drug-device combination products and packaging solutions across their lifecycle. Your role You will lead the strategy, development, qualification, and lifecycle management of drug-device combination products, primary packaging, and secondary packaging. You will provide technical leadership across development, commercialisation, tech transfer, launches, and post-approval changes, while ensuring compliance with global regulatory, quality, GMP, and design control requirements. You will also manage resource planning, project priorities, timelines, and team deliverables, while representing the function in governance forums, project teams, and external partner discussions.
