Coordinate customer projects, quotations and operations in an internationally recognized accredited dosimetry laboratory. Do you enjoy working with customers, coordinating projects and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for an Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to join the Dosimetry Section at DTU Health Tech, located on the beautiful peninsula at Risø Campus north of Roskilde. You will play a central role in our daily operations and act as a key link between customers, researchers, engineers and laboratory staff. You will be responsible for coordinating customer projects, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, managing logistics and supporting communication activities. The position combines customer contact, project coordination, administration and operational planning. Our ISO 17025 accredited dosimetry laboratories are internationally recognized for high-accuracy dosimetry in electron, x-ray and gamma radiation applications. Risø High Dose Reference Laboratory (HDRL) provides calibration, measurement and consultancy services to industry, including the medical device sterilization sector. The Laboratory for Fundamental Medical Dosimetry (LFMD) supports radiotherapy-related dosimetry at Danish hospitals.
