Strengthening how that promise is made and kept is what this role is for. Welcome to Systems Engineering, Requirements & Verification (SERV) SERV brings together process, requirements and verification specialists, developers and analysts, working across our sites in Denmark and Poland. We work alongside the teams we support, on the problems they have. Our ambition is to strengthen Systems Engineering across R&D: Clearer requirements, stronger verification practices, better use of engineering data, and digital support that people want to use rather than have to use. In practice that means working closely with requirements engineers, test managers, architects, developers, product teams and quality specialists. We take the work seriously — the quality, the deadlines, what we deliver to our users. The tone here is informal, and we reach our ambitious goals together, with a good deal of energy and fun along the way. You would be based at our Demant HQ in Smørum, close to Copenhagen.
