About the Role As Specialist, Retail Operations – Inventory Process & Control Excellence, you will help strengthen inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and loss prevention across Pandora. You will investigate inventory, cash, fraud, refund, and discount-related discrepancies, identify trends and risks, and recommend corrective and preventative actions. Working across functions and markets, you will turn data and investigation findings into stronger controls, improved procedures, and actionable insights. You will also present your findings and recommendations to operational teams and senior leadership, making strong communication and presentation skills essential to your success.
