As our new Senior Manager, Global Labour Management, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the global labour strategy that enables our stores to operate efficiently while supporting business growth and exceptional customer service. Based at our global headquarters in Copenhagen, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Data & Analytics, and Digital & Technology to help optimize workforce planning and labour productivity across markets worldwide. Your Role As the global expert within labour management, you will lead the development and execution of Pandora's workforce management strategy while ensuring alignment across our international retail organization.
