Employment type: FULLTIME. The Opportunity The AI-led Growth Leader will be the commercial growth driver for AI-enabled Intelligent Industry opportunities across Northern & Central Europe. Working closely with the Head of Intelligent Industry, CTO / Architecture, Play Leaders and country teams, the role will identify, shape and accelerate AI-led lighthouse opportunities, translate AI capabilities into compelling client value cases and convert selected opportunities into repeatable, scalable business impact. Success will be measured by the conversion of selected AI-led opportunities into lighthouse wins, qualified pipeline impact, repeatable proof points and scalable revenue contribution. Main responsibilities: AI-led Lighthouse Deals: Own and drive the AI contribution to lighthouse deals and II-accelerated opportunities, shaping complex AI-enabled pursuits end-to-end and engaging at CxO level around business value, productivity, resilience and new operating models. Client AI Value Cases: Build the commercial narrative for AI in Intelligent Industry, translating industrial AI capabilities into clear value cases, outcome logic and executive-level propositions for priority clients and sectors1 …
