Then you could be our new Global HRIS Operations LeadAbout the jobWe are looking for a Global HRIS Operations Lead to join our People & Culture organisation and take operational ownership of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.In this role, you will help ensure that our HR systems run smoothly, securely, and effectively while supporting system enhancements, quarterly releases, and the transition of new functionality into business-as-usual operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring our HRIS platform remains stable, secure and continuously evolves to support Falck's global People & Culture strategy..

Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the day-to-day operations of our global HRIS platformManaging incidents, service requests, system maintenance, and continuous improvementsCoordinating quarterly Oracle releases and internal HRIS releases, including testing, readiness, communication, and deploymentWorking closely with Global Process Owners to improve global HR processes and system governance1 …
