Think of us as the crew making sure everything digital stays afloat — and you’ll be part of it. You’ll keep our systems running smoothly by helping with our daily operations. No two days will be exactly the same, and we’ll shape your role together with you based on your experience and availability, but your tasks will include activities such as: Assigning tasks to the right team — or fixing the issue yourself Reviewing alarms and status reports Handling server builds and decommissions Coordinating and following up on support cases with vendors Helping with data centre activities such as racking and cabling Writing or updating procedures, workflows or other documentation Automating repetitive tasks About you We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
