The job As our new Manager in Healthcare, you'll join an organisation with more than 90 skilled colleagues based in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine. You'll be part of a management team of three managers, reporting to the director of the development organisation. You'll manage a diverse and ambitious team of 8–10 colleagues across different locations, consisting of software developers, QA engineers, domain advisors, and product owners. You'll be responsible for ensuring the team's high performance and continuous development, while also helping to set the direction for the development organisation and manage the delivery of increments to the product suite. As our new Manager, you'll work with Columna Cura, which supports employees, patients, and relatives throughout a citizen's complete health journey.
