Join Novo Nordisk and lead a critical immunogenicity assessment department that plays a pivotal role in evaluating the safety of innovative medicines. This is a co-leadership role where you have joint responsibility for the Immunogenicity Assessment area. You will combine strategic and people leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and scientific expertise to help bring life-changing treatments to patients worldwide. Your new role As Associate Director, you will work in a close co-leadership with an experienced existing leader. Your own department consists of 17 scientists and technicians, while the area has a total of 38 employees. The area is responsible for driving the immunogenicity strategy across the project portfolio, including the design, execution, interpretation, and reporting of state-of-the-art immunogenicity studies conducted both in-house and through external CRO partnerships.
