As Global Head of Strategy and Planning for Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will lead the creative strategy for our work, helping shape culturally relevant, effective and imagination-fuelled ideas that take our campaigns, content and experiences to the next level. Core Responsibilities 1. Thought leadership and marketing / creative effectiveness expert – industry profile and thought leader. 2. Lead and deliver breakthrough creative and channel strategies to take our creative work and campaigns to the next level. 3. Drive strategic integration across campaigns and across OLA organisations – including Commerce and Social. 4. Lead a global team of diverse creative strategy planners across brand and communications planning. 5. Strategic Partner to the product and marketing leaders inside the LEGO Group. 6. Play a role in Marketing Transformation and The LEGO Marketing Model – strategic partner and contributor. 7. Attract and retain the best strategic planning creative talent. 8.
