Job DescriptionThe LEGO Group is looking for a passionate and experienced leader to partner with the LEGO Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a critical strategic role based out of Billund or Copenhagen. Bring your strategic and forward-thinking mentality and ability to navigate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment! Core Responsibilities The Strategy Partner, CCO is a member of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) leadership team and a people leader of 7 passionate strategy professionals located in different markets globally. You will work closely with the LEGO Group Chief Commercial Officer to drive her strategic agenda, including: Constructively challenge and spar with the CCO and her leadership team to improve leadership decisions. Translate the Commercial strategy into simple and clear communication for the CCO to share with her senior leadership team and broader organisation. Prepare materials on behalf of the CCO that go to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BoD) for input and decision-making. Ensure the strategic initiatives progress and track well. Support the CCO to ensure her leadership team meetings are run well with clear pre-reads and log of actions.
