Your new role As Senior Manager in AM Site Support, you will lead a team of approximately seven professionals supporting aseptic manufacturing sites across Novo Nordisk. Your primary responsibility will be to create the conditions for your team to perform at a high level. You will set direction, prioritise work, develop people, strengthen collaboration, and support the team in navigating complex operational and stakeholder situations. The team operates in an environment where priorities can change quickly. At times, support is needed at short notice in connection with inspections, production challenges, compliance-related issues, or other critical site needs. At the same time, the team contributes to longer-term activities and improvement initiatives. You will therefore need to balance daily operational priorities with people development and longer-term capability building.
