Your new role Step into a pivotal role where your ‘model driven’ insights will guide the strategic direction of our drug discovery and early development projects. You will: Be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new targets and modalities using quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) and mechanistic modelling approaches. Define data requirements and design model-informed strategies to assess new target hypotheses. Apply mechanistic, PK/PD, and PBPK modelling to support candidate selection and first-in-human dose predictions as well as back-translation of early clinical data.
