We're hiring an Engineering Team Lead for one of our Cloud teams, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership. This is a role with significant influence in a growing international company where initiative, technical excellence, accountability, and impact matter. What You'll Do As Engineering Team Lead, you'll lead one of the engineering teams building the customer-facing heart of our cloud layer that brings together identity, governance, secure access, APIs, and user experience into a seamless experience trusted by industrial organizations worldwide. It enables enterprise IT to centrally govern secure access while allowing technicians to quickly find, access, and work with the industrial resources they're responsible for.
