Opportunity summary

About the Role We are looking for a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to join our growing product team at Secomea. You'll be a key contributor in shaping our B2B SaaS platform, as we rebuild our UI on a new technical foundation and evolve our product practice in our organization. You'll be part of the UX team, embedded within the Product Management team and reporting to the Director of Product Management. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, data-driven, and trust-worthy user experiences. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work end-to-end, running user research activities, and contributing to a scalable design system that ensures consistency and usability across our product. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive user experiences. Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback. Conduct user research. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, working in close collaboration with the product management and engineering teams. Own delivery beyond handoff. Partner closely with frontend and backend developers throughout implementation to identify technical constraints early and ensure high-quality execution and that design intent survives to the final product.
