As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in our ServiceNow AI capabilities and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI & Platform Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will help our customers build the data and platform foundation needed to successfully adopt AI, working across CSDM, CMDB, configuration and asset data, data quality and governance. You will also contribute to our growing ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) capabilities, helping customers connect their platform and data strategy with AI, automation and business value. We are looking for someone who has: Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and data architecture, particularly CSDM and CMDB. Experience designing and implementing CMDB structures, relationships, data models and governance. Strong understanding of Configuration Management and asset lifecycle management.
