Product Owner (Senior) - Identity & Access Management

Opportunity summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of our Identity & Access Management platform, encompassing Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Identity Lifecycle Management. This product is a critical strategic capability supporting all business units and serves as a foundational component of our Zero Trust security architecture. The role combines product leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of modern identity platforms and security practices. As Product Owner, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity services while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, architecture, and business objectives. You will work closely with Security Management, Architecture, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders across the organisation. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely across Poland and Denmark. We are open to candidates who would like to work either from our Warsaw office or from Roskilde, as for us, competencies and the right mindset matter more than location.
