You are responsible for developing new styles and optimizing existing products, ensuring accurate construction, grading, and measurement specifications. From working with prototypes and conducting fittings to validating size sets and securing consistent quality, you are closely involved throughout the entire development process. In close collaboration with the Pattern Design team, project managers, and international production partners, you act as a technical specialist and sparring partner. You also contribute with 3D tools to support fittings and development, helping to ensure efficient workflows and precise results.
