We are looking for an experienced and trusted HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to managers, employees and colleagues at our headquarters in Pårup. This is an international role in which you will support selected business areas across countries and cultures throughout the employee journey. You will advise managers on organisational development, employee relations, recruitment, employment conditions and day-to-day leadership matters. You will also be responsible for coordinating and developing MASCOT's trainee programmes. You will join an experienced HR team and report to the HR Manager.
