Make Your Mark on Our Global Service Organization The Service Excellence Department has overall responsibility for the servicing of VIKING’s Marine Evacuation Systems (MES), liferafts, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worldwide. The department also supports the training and certification of authorized service technicians and the implementation of product and service improvements.
