Quality Operations Manager – Asia

Opportunity summary

Employment type: FULLTIME. -Do you want to take the lead in strengthening quality, supplier collaboration and operational execution close to Schou’s suppliers in Asia? As Quality Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strong quality execution, supplier performance and compliance across Schou’s operations in Asia. You will be responsible for leading and developing the operational quality organisation close to factories and suppliers, ensuring that Schou’s standards are implemented consistently and that follow-up is handled quickly and effectively. The role is important in strengthening Schou’s presence in Asia and creating even better execution, responsiveness and value for customers. Location: Asia, with primary base in China and regional responsibility across Asia. The position can be filled either by a local candidate based in China or by an international candidate on an expatriate contract, depending on the profile and experience of the successful applicant.
