Opportunity summary
Employment type: FULLTIME. Description & Expectation Quadsat is looking for an experienced RF Systems & Hardware Engineer to join the RF team working on SpectraLoc, our defense product for detection, analysis, and geolocation of RF emitters. This role will focus on RF front-end architecture, coherent receiver design, RF chain optimization, PCB design and layout, measurement integrity, and the continued productization of SpectraLoc. You will help strengthen the RF hardware foundation needed for robust product performance, certification readiness, and future next-generation RF architectures. SpectraLoc combines RF sensing payloads, drone-based operations, mission control software, signal processing, geolocation algorithms, and operator-facing workflows into one integrated product. You will work closely with engineers spanning from RF, DSP, software, embedded, and FPGA specialist, with your primary focus being to improve RF system quality, hardware robustness, and the measurement integrity of the sensing chain.
