This position reports to: Business Manager - Operations Your role and responsibilities As Engineering Manager for our Life Science DCS and Automation team, you will lead an international and well-functioning group of engineers delivering advanced automation solutions for some of the most significant Life Science projects in Denmark. As the team has grown significantly in recent years, we are now looking for an additional Engineering Manager to share leadership responsibilities and ensure that all employees receive the time, attention, and support needed to thrive and develop. You will combine people leadership, operational planning, and technical understanding to ensure successful project execution and continued competence development across the team.
