To support this development, we are looking for a Senior Lead Engineer Medium Voltage to play a central role in the development and industrialization of our customer projects within Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). In this role, you will become an important part of developing customer-specific medium voltage solutions while ensuring safe, reliable, and grid-compliant deployments at scale. In addition to core product engineering, you will support customer projects by driving integration activities and delivering optional tailoring to meet site and grid requirements. You will work across the full project lifecycle, combining product ownership with hands-on project involvement to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
