Act as the primary project interface towards customer Project Managers and joint project governance forums. Establish and maintain clear project scope, schedule, cost baseline, and risk profile across parallel development activities. Ensure key project trade-offs are surfaced early and that decisions are taken with full visibility of delivery impact. Own and manage project risks and opportunities within defined authority limits; prepare, recommend, and escalate risks beyond mandate.
