We are looking for an HRIS Project Manager & Implementation Specialist to support the purchase, implementation, configuration and rollout of a new global HR system. Once we have a successful, scalable global setup in place, your role will transition into HRIS Superuser & HR Data Analyst, supporting and optimizing the system across the organization. You will join a team of four dedicated HR professionals and report directly to the Head of Group People & Culture. You will also work closely with the Chief Information Officer, Group IT, the global People & Culture team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful, stable, and well‑adopted solution. Your main responsibilities As our HRIS PM & Implementation Specialist, you will ensure that the HRIS functionality and design is aligned with global business needs while adapting to local processes and respecting GDPR.
