Employment type: FULLTIME. Do you want to shape how complex business decisions are translated into sound accounting? As Senior Technical Accounting Specialist, you'll be Mind Energy's centre of excellence for IFRS and technical accounting. You'll provide technical accounting expertise on complex transactions, shape Group accounting policies and ensure accounting decisions and financial reporting support a rapidly growing and increasingly complex international energy trading business. Working across Financial Controlling, Accounting, Risk, Treasury, Tax, Trading and Business Development, you'll translate complex IFRS requirements into practical accounting solutions and help shape accounting decisions behind new products, commercial initiatives and strategic business opportunities. You'll be the go-to expert for technical accounting across the Group, ensuring that complex accounting questions are resolved consistently, pragmatically and in accordance with IFRS.
