Do you enjoy translating business strategy into organisational development, creating structure in ambiguity and ensuring progress across multiple workstreams? Then you might be the P&C Project Lead we are looking for to strengthen our project execution within P&C in Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI). AFI is a global leader in improving premium nutrition. We are an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, consisting of around 2000 colleagues globally, with our headquarters in Viby, Aarhus. You will join our P&C team of 15 colleagues, as part of the Projects & Learning team. We work across learning and leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, internal communication and culture.
