Employment type: FULLTIME. Location: Devon Employment type: Full-Time/40 hours per week We have an exciting Reliability Engineer role to join our Taw Valley Creamery team. This is especially exciting as the creamery is undergoing a major transformation, thanks to a £179 million investment. As this project evolves and the site expands so will the opportunities to make an impact. How you will make an impact You will have a strong background as a Reliability Engineer, leading technical reliability improvement and modification projects, as well as site implementation of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM). You will be responsible for ensuring the competence of site area technicians in areas such as root cause failure analysis, reliability engineering, and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). Lead the technical reliability & continuous improvement agenda across the site, by designing the M&E strategy for its entire asset management aiming for OEE, material loss and cost optimization; Early equipment management leadership working closely with the Capex project managers to enable all reliability resources of a new project is in place, supporting FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Engineering validations and qualifications in different phases (design, installation and operation)1 …
