We are seeking a brand ambassador who will have a central role in our boutique in the heart of Copenhagen. You will join a dynamic and international company, striving to continue our growth whilst providing excellent luxury service to our clients around the globe. Responsibilities Receive private clients in our boutique and offer them a unique and specialized experience. Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touch points. Develop strong customer relationships and offer a dedicated and curated service. Maintain and ensure that the boutique is always ready for clients. Ad hoc assistance for private sales and e-commerce team. Your competencies Availability to work Thursday-Friday afternoon/early evening and Saturdays. Fluent in English and Danish. Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English and Danish. Extremely service-minded and detail oriented with a focus on following through.
