At the Technical Faculty of IT and Design at Aalborg University, the Department of Sustainability and Planning invites applications for an Assistant Professorship (3 years) in Responsible Technology Futures, with primary workplace at AAU Copenhagen. The position starts December 1st 2026 or soon hereafter.We are seeking a candidate with expertise in Participatory Design, Engineering and/or Interdisciplinary Education for an Assistant Professorship, who can contribute to the Responsible Technology Futures research group work on concepts and methods to envision responsible futures in educating future engineers and the assessment and design of new technologies.In the short term, the successful candidate will contribute to teaching, supervision, and examination in the existing Techno-Anthropology education (primarily at the Master level) and contribute to the SUNDTEK project, a continuing education initiative focused on health technology, digital transformation, and professional practice.
